Okey so when I was young I had anger managnemt issues in high school it calm down I discontinue going to talk to someone or getting any kind of help now I feel like if it has gotten worse and scary , when I get MA I start crying histeracly and when I get into a argument with my boyfriend I start screaming crying hitting myself and feeling very suicidal I start crying and sometimes laughing and I won't stop arguing and I countinue to hurt myself after we are done arguing then a hour later I forget and start being all happy and lubby dubby

I'm not a medical expert, and I think maybe you should seek a professional, if it has gotten worse and scary?
You should really consider this, as they are qualified to specifically treat such problems.
