They didn't shave their forehead and use double sided tape? Particularly Beatrice?

Though in that case I wonder if a nail gun wasn't used.

Pins people. Lots of pins. That's how you keep the hat on. :)

What's with the snarky comments from a few of the posters here? This thread is all in fun, or so I thought.

I know I'm not here to debate who's better, male or female. Nor do I care what men wear. If you want to look like a bum, go ahead, it's no skin off my back. :)

Wow - talk about missing the point. You are the definition of that. Loosen up.

I'm out of here. Thanks all, for having a little fun today. I enjoyed it.

Maybe try making your point with less sarcasm and abrasiveness, and then it will come across.

Case in point, telling me that I'm the definition of missing the point and that I need to loosen up. Not very nice. I for one don't find being insulted to be fun.

You however seem to find fun in insulting others, so I'm glad you had a good time at others expense.

I've read back over the thread several times, and don't see any snarky comments. Tongue-in-cheek perhaps and teasing, but no snarky. I too thought everyone was having a good time.

Well, we all know the written word makes it hard to decipher what's tongue-in-cheek, and what's just rude. If it wasn't meant to be rude, then I do apologize to Athos.

However, his post to me wasn't called for. To tell me that I'm the definition of missing the point, that was rude, at least to me, and since the post was directed at me, how I interpret it does matter.

I was having a good time until some of Athos's posts. Again, maybe it's just his brand of humor that I find distasteful. If no one else has a problem with it, then I'll bow out so Athos can continue. Personally, the fun has gone out of it for me.

    So, carry on good people.

    Alty out. :)

Yeah... who could possibly look at that picture and not have to hold down a bought of solid gut laughter, the kind that almost brings tears to your eyes..

However there were a few posts that could easily have been taken in an offensive manner. I actually did see what Alty saw as well. May or may not have been intended, but it did come across that way.

I think they are jealous of Paris Hilton... will there be a Royal skin flick coming next? Would anyone actually want to see it if there was?

Peter Jennings just announced on the evening news that Princess Beatrice's hat is called a "front-mount fascinator."

I have no idea what that means. It looks like a coat of arms with the lion and the unicorn missing.

Or it sounds (and looks) like it should be something on the front ("front-mount") of your convertible (in a parade?).
