    If d a keeps post poning court is that good?
    Our son has been locked up for 3 years total at the age of 16 he was charged as an adult,he has never even made it to court what does ths mean

    Hello L:

    I think it's good. It means the prosecution doesn't have its case together... Your sons lawyer should have asked for the charges to be dismissed by now. He DOES have a lawyer, doesn't he?

    Three questions spring to mind:
    1. What state (or country, if you aren't in the U.S.) are you in?
    2. What crime is he charged with?
    3. What reason does the D.A. give for postponing the trial?
