I am 14 years old and I have issues that people say that I haven't resolved yet.. this past 6 months have been terrible and I cry about everything. I live with my 23 year old sister and her girlfriend.When my sister goes out with her girlfriend on a date I get my feelings hurt even though its just for an hour or so and I go almost everywhere with thhem but I still cry when they leave. If they tell me to do something I get instantly pissed off and want to punch something even if its just doing the dishes. I donty say anything but ill do the dishes and stuff but I don't understand why I get mad and cry over the littiest things. I can't control what's happening. And I need some answers. I can't go to anyone to talk about this. I cry every 2 days or so about random things. Sometimes I don't even know why I'm crying. I get pissed and angry wayyy to easy... any suggestions to help we calm down and not cry as much?? Please help:/

It's called being a teenager I think.

It sounds to me as if it is hormonal and perfectly normal.

You could ask to see your school nurse for a chat about things to make you feel better.

I agree with Amicon, you need to speak to someone about this. Its important you do, it could well be hormones or it could be depression, and if its depression it might not go away on its own. Just atalking to someone can help loads! So you need to start opening up more! And we are always here if you need to vent some anger, just writing it down can help...

Maybe you need to see a professional. Check to see if your school has a social work or school psychologist you could talk to.
