What should I do to see my daughter?
I have not seen my daughter for 67 days due to a "stay away" order of protection against me for both my wife and daughter, however 3 days ago the court modified the order to "refrain from" my daughter, and kept the "stay away" for my wife, so I "should" be able to see my daughter but can't contact my wife to ask to see her... I have my first "family court" appearance for "custody" in 2 more weeks but don't want to wait till then... is there a way of forcing my wife to let me see my daughter sooner??

'Refrain from" doesnt mean you can see her. Why would you want to jeopardize a court order when you have only two more weeks to go. The 'Stay Away" on your wife means, no contact by any means.

Anything you do now to go against what has been court ordered will not be in your favour.

Just stick in there and wait till you can do things legally.

It is such a shame that families have to be broken up and come down to court orders.
