    Change of visa status from h4 to f1?
    HI.. I am in the US with my husband on H4 visa.. I have got admission from a university for PhD. They gave an I-20. I am now confused as to which form I shall fill to change to F1 visa. Is it the I-539 or DS160.. Please help

    You need to file form I539
