    Evicting boyfriend
    I own, pay all the bills. May have to get a second job, He dow not work, has been collecting for the two years we have been together, had hisauto on the road in my name, paid everything. In the beginning he gave me about 3000 money he earned under the table. He does not file a tax return. Do I still have to evict him? State of Massachusetts.

    Its not a good idea to piggy back your question on another thread. So your question has been moved to its own thread.

    If he lives there, he has established residency. Therefore he needs to be legally evicted.

    Scott is correct. Even if you left out all of those details and just said he is living with me in my home, do I need to evict? The answer would be the same
