    Can I evict my stepson if he threatens me?
    I have a 54 year old stepson who has threatened to beat me twice and threatened to kill me once. Can I get a restraining order? Can I make him move from my home?

    Yes, you can get a restraining order. Yes, you can evict him if you follow legal eviction procedures in your State.
