    Where can I get a criminal "motion &notice of hearing" to print out to terminate prob
    I am on probation and paid restitution and now need a form for the county clerk to file a "motion & notice of hearing" where can I get that and download it. Thank you

    Your county most likely has a wesite (search county, state , then court). Most have downloadable forms.
