    Us Israeli Tax Treaty
    Hi,
    I finished my PhD last year in US and was hired by US University. I'm currently on H1-B visa and I'm Israeli citizen. Am I eligible for US Israeli tax treaty ?

    No, you are not.

    The H-1B visa is a work visa, so the tax treaty hold no benefits for you.
