    Pump flow variation
My submercible pump is giving flow but the flow is fluctuating. I have tried by reducing the discharge valve opening. But no change.

Either the pressure switch is bad, the bladder tank is bad or both. A well tank that has a ruptured bladder will cause the pump to turn on every time the water is turned on and the pressure will fluctuate as the pump kicks on and off.
