Timeline for the lender to send a foreclosure 1099c in Nevada
My property was foreclosed (trustee sale) in April 2010, then sold to a new owner in August 2010. I have not received any documents, calls or a 1099 c form. Should I be concerned?

I'm not familiar with 'trustee sale' in regards to foreclosures. I do know that in general a trustee of property will get the 1099 and should then send what is relevant on to you. Perhaps the trustee doesn't have your current address, or someone there (the bank as trustee?) may have simply mailed papers to a wrong address.
