    Divorce and the final papers
    When me and my husband got together he was not divorce so he got it and then we waited to get married now his ex wife before the papers was filed are any thing got married again now do they not check these things out me and him did it right can she still get in trouble for getting married with out the papers being filed are any thing

    Yes she can. And the problem she may run into later is that the marriage is declared illegal and she can lose benefits. But that is not your problem to worry about nor to stick your nose into. You focus should be on just you and your husband and the products of your marriage.

    If she got married prior to the divorce being final, while illegal, it is hard to say if the police would even do anything, but it could make the marriage invalid if someone challenged it.
