    Hurt on Landlords property
    Can my landlord evict me because I was hurt on his property?

    Most likely not but you have not given any details so for now its got to be maybe. How did you get hurt, what were you doing, were you on the property you are renting, etc...

    Agreed, details are needed. If he is your landlord were you not on your own leased property? Do you have a lease? If so when does it expire?

    Do you have a lease ? If you are on a month to month in many places they can evict you for any or no reason.

    When you got hurt did you sue or did you require them to pay ?

    No, but there's probably MORE to this story. Why don't you tell us ALL of it, so we can better advise you.

    Certainly, if you only have a month to month rental, he can give you a 30 day notice to vacate for ANY reason, or NO reason at all.
