    Bath tub faucet works, shower doesn't. Can I buy the part you pull up to divert it. Moen

    Better than that, Moen has a lifetime warranty of their products. Chances are you just have a bad diverted, which they will gladly send you, but you might get them to send a complete unit, maybe. Call Warranty Information for Moen Faucets

    Is the diverter knob on the spout ? If positive than don't try to fix it. Replace whole spout. It doesn't have to be Moen. You can use just about any brand. But as Ballengerb mentioned, Moen will send you free replacement. And you cannot beat that ! Good luck with your project. Milo
