    Kidney urea level?
    I am 52 age lady, having diabetic last 8 years with good controlled, good walking , exercise, with dieting food, last month my sugar level is increased (doctor suggested that your pancreas is not accept this tablet , change some new tablets), so my doctor change the tablets , I'm in monitoring every 15 days, in-between,while checkup the urea level , (last month it was 27)but last week suddenly increased 55), so we are so worried , then I saw kidney doctor, while seeing his hospital the level decreased like 37 , why happening like? but doctor advised , it is not big problem , not take more analgesics(pain killer) tablets, *** answer my question

    Do you mean you only test your blood sugar every 15 days?

    How is your creatinine level?

    Many things affect your urea level. If you were told not to take any more pain killers (a specific type, I would guess) my feeling would be that the Doctor believes that medication raised your level.

    Diabetes is nothing to "toy" with. You need to ask your Physician some very specific questions and get answers which satisfy you.
