    Kids movie from maybe early 90's
    I used to watch this movie all the time along with once upon a forest they were my favorite its has been yrs that I haven't seen both . The one I'm looking for is about 2 penguins they are best friends one seems to be fat and tall the other one is a rockhopper type of penguin I think his colors were red and yellow ? I don't really remember what it is about but I do remember scenes like this one part they were in a volcano trying to save this girl penguin from a big bad penguin also they were on a boat / yacht trying to save themselves because there was a storm and it was flooding I also think it has to do with a pearl of some kind I think the ending is when they return and all the penguins were happy I do believe the word penguins is in the title and no its not scamper the penguin . Pleeeease help me I'm going crazy looking for this.
