My fiancée who I live with told me last night that she wants to break up. This destroyed me. She said that she still loves me, that I make her laugh and smile, that I do a lot of sweet things for her and that sexually Im great. She said she does not know why she is feeling this way. She said that she wants there to be something wrong so we can fix it but she dose not think that's the case. She has been going through a lot of stress with work and her family. She also changed some medications in the last couple of months. I don't know what to do. We live together as well. She wanted to sleep in the same bed and just hold each other for one last time. She says that she does not think she is good enough for me. What am I supposed to do? I am planning on staying at the house for now and will probably stay in the guest room. Seriously, I don't understand what she is going through. I don't know if I should keep talking to her or go quite. I love this women with every ounce of me being and she is perfect for me. I hope someone has some advice for me. I don't have any one to talk to right now!

What kind of meds is she taking? I have to tell you when you get dumped, disappear. If they change their mind, they will find you, if not..!
