    I am 25 years ol wit 1 child and my weight 160... I want to lose weight bt I don't know how can you help me... please

    Eat less... exercise more. Forget the so-called diet pills that lighten your wallet and not your butt. Eat a balanced diet... but less of it.

    Sure omg of course I can help! U can do many excersses inside the household. Haha its funny I'm 12 =D But its okay ill help you my mum loves sport so..
    Just by walking up and down the stairs for 10minutes.. u lose 100 calories.. hows that for a start? :D
    Stay off junk food, and everything. Before each meal drink water because this will make u more full so you won't eat as muhc. If you are hungry eat a piece of fruit! :D I hope I helped . Oh also do crunches :D
