Our Crystal ball is out for polishing and tuning. I'd recommend asking your OB-GYN.

It can be anything from not having sex... to being sterile and everything in between without doctors running tests and making a professional diagnosis... based on what little you took the time out of your busy day to tell us.

How long have you been trying? Have you determined when you are most likely ovulating? How often are you having sex? Do you or your partner have any healthy conditions?

As smoothy said, there can be any number of reasons. Depending on your situation, it may just be a matter of needing more time. Most couples will become pregnant within a year of actively trying, but it can naturally take longer for others.
