    Want to add a name on my deed?
    I'm in my second stage of demenia. I would like to add my daughter and sons name to my deed. Just in case something happens to me.

    What do you hope to accomplish by doing that? I would suggest consulting with a lawyer and finding other ways to accomplish what you are after before your mental state deteriorates to the point you won't be able to.

    Adding names to deeds tends to resolve no issues and only raises new ones.
