Should you quit if you do'n't fit the company culture?
Everybody at work is talkative and loud. Except me.

I feel hated and they all think I'm weird cause I don't talk.
    Should I quit or not?

How will you act at your next job? Will you fit in with all the talkers?

(Didn't we talk about this a while ago?)

    What is your job title?

Don't quit until you have another job. If you don't feel you fit in you probably need to consider moving on. However, if you feel your shyness and quietness will also make you not fit in at future jobs, perhaps it's worth working on becoming more outgoing.

In addition to not fitting in, you're probably not happy at work either.

I wouldn't suggest that you quit, but you could definitely look for another job. Look for another job while you're holding on to this one. There's no reason for you to go unemployed because of this.

Wait until you found another job that you want before quitting here.
