    There is no set # but just remember the more often you do it, the more brittle and dry your hair will become after time! Take it from me, I have just about been every color in the rainbow, hehe! I now wish I had just left my hair alone and not tried to color it as often! It would be muchh healthier then.

    It really depends on the rate growth of your hair. You can dye your hair or touch up the roots every six weeks if it's in good condition.

    If you are using a permanent colour then when your roots are throu you need to re-colour althou remember it is very important to just colour your roots - NOT THE COLOUR ALREADY ON - you will be over processing your hair other wise - Try using an intense conditioner mask once a fortnight too to replace the porosity in the hair -
    If it is a semi colour then it is full of vegetable oils so that needs to be done when ever your colour has faded and it is soft enough to be put onto the whole head again...
