Why, people don't and should not call others names.
Normally the only people who call others names are very insecure about thierself and have poor self esteem.

Do you know someone who thinks calling someone names is fun ?

Also having a period is a normal thing that happens to girls.
If this was her first, then it is a sign of her maturing.

Calling someone names is a sign of not maturing

Cairocat does not find this helpful : Cause it doesn't give an answer

First, may I call your attention to the guidelines for using the comments feature found here:

    https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/feedba...ure-24951.html

You should have explained the why in the first place, the answer might have been different.

If you post the situation in the book and a paragraph or two leading up to it we might be able to help. Also an apology to Chuck.

And please don't start multiple threads for the same question. I've merged your THREE threads.

Next I don't really believe this person, and even if they do, having a character in a book behaving this way, is not a way to be a model for others, People have enough hate and name and honestly a good author most likely would not have the need to do this. Or at least they would have enough thought to come up with their own slurs if they felt they had to use one.

Also had this been a author, they would or should be posting in the writing section, not a high school section.
I still believe this is merely a hateful child now lying ( if they are hateful they would lie also)

I tend to agree. The fact that the threads were posted in the Middle and High School forums certainly leads to that conclusion.

But it could be someone writing a story for english class. So lets see if they prove they are writing a story.
