    Out of water
    We just moved into a house with a well, we have a hot tub we filled it to clean it ,then we drained it . Then we refilled it. I did two loads of laundry,and my son took a show and we ran out of water. How long before we have water or what should we do?

    Hi Kiwi, there's no way for us to know how long for the well to replenish, just check every so often and watch about using so much water.

    Do you know the depth of the well or how far down the pump is? You may be able to lower the pump and help.

    The pumps not running dry is it?

    The hot tub holds at least 200 gallos of water, assuming a 4 person tub. You filled, drained, filled, washeed clothes and showered. I would believe that you just ran the well down and it couldn't recharge fast enough. Wells have limited capacity so be careful with large spontaneous usage-i.e. hot tub. Try a shower in the morning and let us know how things are.
