First ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area. {note I was responding to the second post before I saw the first one and merged them} In some areas your rights can be terminated without terminating your responsibilities.

I'm not clear what your question is though. You ask what can you do, but about what?

I've merged your two threads. In the future please don't start multiple threads on the same question.

    They could attach assets.

The state does not care what other kids you have, TN will normally put you in jail for non payment of support, I know many people in TN that were put in jail.

Your child support is based on income so if you have not went to get it set properly that is only your fault.

Because you had a child and someone else is taking care of it so you are required to pay them support.

First, please use the Answer options to post a follow-up question or information, not Comments.

If the foster parents are not getting this money they you need to go to the agency that's collecting it and ask for an explanation.

Actually, foster parents are generally not paid by the biological parents. They're paid by the state.

You owe the STATE money because the STATE has been supporting your children.

What are you supposed to do? Find a way to pay the money, and get a hysterectomy. You can't afford the FIVE kids you already have--you DEFINITELY shouldn't have more.
