    Toilet waste outlet height
Whilst trying to fit a standard toilet the waste outlet pipe is 6 inches (bottom of pipe)
From the floor yet the outlet pipe to drain (house wall)is 3 inches from the floor. It's a 4 inch pipe, when the toilet is postioned there is a gap of only 6 inches from both outlets. What can I do if anything?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but someone said rough in at 18" for standard sized sink or 14" for a deep sink if a garbage disposal was going to be installed. Could I just rough in at 14" just in case I wanted to install deep sink in the future?
