NOC for child dependent visa
Hi I have a friend who is an Indian and her Husband is a EU national. They have a daughter who is on Indian passport (in india). Now her husband wants to take her daughter to UK as dependent... can you *** tell me what documents are required for the same... and what if the mother is not going (to uk) does her husband need a NOC fron the mother (as the daughter was staying with her in india) to take their daughter to uk
