    Depends on the state regulations where you live. In some states only the executor has the right. In others, all parties named in the will are allowed to see it. Has there been a problem? Is a relative or attorney the executor?

    Not always, first where do you live, it differs from mexico to Canada or the US.

    Normally the Will ends up in probate court in the US, and you will be able to ask to see it though the courts
