    Lawyer bought a chase bank credit card debit & is now suing me.
    Can they take my 20 year old mobile home that I still owe approximately 18000.00 or my free and clear 10 year old car?

    Depends on your State - seizing property never makes sense because the creditor then has to safeguard and sell it.

    How much is the credit card debt?
