How do I legally download a protected picture
I found a picture of a painting I love. I can not copy or download it, for it is locked. I am happy to pay to have a copy. How do I go about copying a locked picture?
    Thanks!

Its simple. If your willing to pay for it, you should contact the webmaster of that site.

Find the owner of the site (its probably on the site in small print somewhere) and ask for permission you will probably have to pay a fee, or the owner may even reject your offer. It's a tough thing I've tried it before but the only way I could find to get it was to pay and I didn't want to do that so I never got it.
