    Why am I only paying c support for kids removed & husb not
    My husband doesn't have to pay child support on our children the TN dcs took from us &placed in his parents custody but I am required to pay

    We can't guess what the court's determination of amounts owed might be based on. If you can provide every fact of the case, we can try.

    You said that this is your husband... does the support order not apply to both of you as a married couple?
