    69 yr old with back pain
    The right side of my tummy is paining , the back pain is paining and in my chest I feel like to drink water because something is closing.DO you think is ulcer

    It could be an ulcer, it could be a heart attack. We are not doctors here, nor can we do the required tests to determine what is going on.

    Please get to the hospital for proper diagnosis and treatment.

    You could have something serious, or nothing at all, or something in between.
    Your gall bladder is on the right, and will hurt there and in your back.
    If by tummy you mean abdomen, your appendix is on the right.
    Both are two of the easiest surgeries there are, IF the doctor determines that is what you need.
    You could even have a lot of gas, and just need an antacid.
