I recently found out that my ex husband wife is a regiester sex offender with a charge of crimial sexual conduct in the 1 degree. She does have to regiester for life do to the offence. She was convetit back in 1998 and she had 10 years probation. Is this enough to go back to court to change custory. Also for the last 10 I have been trying to see me daughter and every time I ask to see her or talk to her he said it was not a good time. In 2004 when I went to see him to see my daughter she was not there but he used that time to push having sex with me. I felt like if I didn't do it that he would not let me see my daughter and if I reported it he would push to have has grandmother that cusody of my daughter. What can I do? What are my options? I am in Alaska.
