    Who gets what
    If you took care of your brother, and he signs over his vehicle to you durning his stay an had it noterize then dies can his children take that from you. And what do you do with his personal items, if he wants it to go to a thrift store.

    First, any property signed over prior to passing is no longer part of the estate and not available to heirs.

    Unless he left a will detailing what to do with his personal effects, then the executor of the estate has to determine the distribution of the items according to local laws of inheritance.
