I really want to know what are some reasons for being very nauseous all the time I don't eat spicy food and I'm not pregnant... every time I'm in the store I'm always asking were is the rest room to be preapered to go if I need to puke the thing is I never do. But I'm always nauseous I have allot of acid especially during the night all night if I wake up for the bathroom I'm nauseous and I can't control it with maalox or tums I don't know what to do help please!? _Thank u! =0

You really need to talk to your doctor. It may be something in your diet. Maybe a food allergy, or maybe you're getting too little or too much of something. We can guess all day long, but ultimately only your doctor will be able to determine the cause.

Or it could be stress. Or if you're on any medications it could be that.

I went through a phase like that a while back. I was nauseous all the time. I was also stressed, not exercising, and not eating healthy. I'm getting back into the habit of exercising regularly, eating healthy again and I've been managing my stress much better. I feel way better and haven't been getting nauseous lately.
