What Career could this sort of person pursue?
What career could be suitable for the following behaviour traits of a person (subject) as below:

(Case Studies)

Secondary School: 8 years old. Bully was racially taunting another pupil. Subject approached bully to defend pupil and was assaulted by bully.

Secondary school age 17: 2 female pupils fighting. Subject approached to break up fights and did not know the girls fighting.

Case 3: Male pupil taunting and physically/verbally abusing female pupil to point of tears. Subject addresses bully before Head Master to discuss behaviour and mediate.

Now subject is older and works in Customer Service and has done some work in careers advice and counseling the unemployed, with very good reviews and references/feedback.

But they want to further their career. They can't apply for Police officer due to conviction over 10 years spent and have subsequently been unsuccessful.

What career do you think they could pursue? Something akin to conflict management, law enforcement of community officer.

The person can keep trying to apply for jobs that they wish to pursue, but it's up to the employer to decide whether they want to hire that person.
