    Hiding stock from the estate
My sister is executress of my Fathers will after the will was read she has written my sister, brother and myself letters that we were no longer to discuss anything again ever. We question her about stock from the beginning and were told lies there wasn't any. We have the information there was, but my sister did not put this on inheitance tax and her atternoy knew nothing about this. I believed she cashed in the stock to pay the taxes which is what she told me then she changed her story that it was credited, is this legal and if not what can we do?
