    Help getting divorce
    My husband abandoned me and our children almost 2 yrs ago. I heard I can get a divorce from him in the newspaper because I have the slightest clue where he lives. He refuses to divorce me but I'm ready to move on with my life. Can you give me info on how to go about getting my divorce threw the newspaper

    You don't "get a divorce through the newspaper". What you do is, if the court will allow such service of process, you give him notice of the court-filed divorce by publishing notice in the paper. Depending on where you live, the rules for how to do this vary considerably. What state are you in?
