    I have about 20 red places on my penis. Different sizes and look like they r pealing
    There are about 20 red spots on my penis/ pelvis area and they have white skin which I think is pealing on the edge of them. They r different sizes. Im a virgin and they do not hurt or itch. Can u help me out and let me no what they are

    Yes, since you use your hand there, you may have spread something during masturbation or some allergy to a oil or other lube you were using.

    Time to tell a parent, and see a doctor.
