Here is the deal... I am tired a lot, even though I think I get enough sleep. Sometimes I am restless, my appetite is up and down. And it seems that more often each week I get so emotional, like mood swings. Sometimes I am very aggravated and other times I just feel like crying for no reason. Here is an Example... Not too long ago I took a vacation to the beach for the weekend... well I had a great time and all but that morning when it was time to go, we stopped at a few places before heading back home. Well.. all that day I was very aggravated almost everything bothered me. I was just tired and was so ready to go home. It came upon me all of a sudden and I didn't want to snap at someone for no reason! So when I got home I just took a long nap! So what could you think this is??

Well depending on your age maybe menopaus.. Lack of vitamins.. But I am thinking more hormonal Asuming you are a female.Make an appt with your doctor and I am sure its hormonal.
