    Installed toilet repair kit now toilet won't flush all the way
    Watet swirls slowly when handle is pulled but doesn't flush all the way.

    Lets start with a quick check on 2 items. Check to see if the small white fill tube is stuck into the over flow tube. Then also tell us how high the water level is in the tank compared to the top of the over flow tube. Which kit did you use?
