It seems like when the finish line so close life tries to trip you up.

Anyhow, here is my rant. I met my female friend (we will call her X) back in October. I amm a senior in high school, she was a sophomore, it sounded like a bad Taylor Swift song. Me and X started dating a little before Halloween. Everything was great, we got through February. She was smart, had a head on her shoulders, was not overly promiscuous, basically my best girlfriend. Anyway we found out that she was moving to Kansas for a year, so that kind of put an Ax on our relationship.

Now here iss when the story gets good. When she broke up with me, she told me it was because she was moving and she did not want feelings, she didn't want to make her life harder than it had to be. Im an understandable guy, Disappointed, very, but mad no. I still wanted to be good friends, in fact I considered her my best friend, I trusted her and everything. Anyway, we had nott really hung out since we broke up. We kept in touch a lot, but never hung out. Anyhow, about 3-4 weeks ago, I find out that she has been dating this guy, and I blew up. I was dumbfounded in fact more so than Ivee been in awhile. Not only from an emotional standpoint, but also from a logical. This was truly against her character Anyhow; this stupid drama thing happened where my friend of mine got hold of her number and basically cussed her out on my part without him telling me. It ended up with X on the phone saying that they only dated for 5 days, that it just kind of happened and that she had not planned on getting a boyfriend, and she so sorry for hurting me

Me being the forgiving person that I am gave her a second chance. I valued our friendship too much to let me be angry at her for being really stupid one time and ridiculous. I just wanted a clean slate. I guess Im too much of a nice guy. Zoom forward two or three weeks and were hanging out over spring break. I won't tell you the entire story, but at the very end she ended up getting really close, resting on my chest, and I was like “Nonononono, don't do this, feelings are coming back". Anyhow, to end this seemingly endless story. I found out last Sunday she's been dating her good friend for a little over a week, and the day we hung out was like the second day they were dating. Now here I am again, furious, because well I feel like I have been betrayed

I wrote out this essay, because while we were both dating we had planned on trying to outdo each other for April Fools. She does not know that Im really disappointed in her. She came to me this morning and said I had better be scared about tomorrow, and I just kind of gave one word answer. She asked me what was wrong and I lied said I was tired. I really don't know what to do, because Im trying to move on with my life and get ready for college, but these silly girl problems keep bugging me. I want to confront her about it, but Im afraid Im going to blow up and start bellowing and cause unnecessary drama. I just feel betrayed because she is basically being a hypocrite.
