    Trying to find a movie title
    It was late 90s or early 2000s. It was about this kids running around the streets I think it was away from a cop and then they accidentally push someone down the stairs. The person died and all of the teenagers had to go to jail. In jail they were being abused by a cop. And in the end when they got out, one of them shot the cop in the head.. .

    That is all I got for now.

    I think the film your thinking of is called Sleepers!

    The film is named "Sleepers" 1996, with Brad Pitt, Robert De Niro, Kevin Bacon, Jason Patrick.
