I have no cold water pressure any where in my home.. The hot water works somewhat but there is no cold water?

So you have fair hot water pressure evrywhere but no cold pressure anywhere, right? The only way this can happen is if there is a significant clog in the cold supply after it feeds the hot water heater. Any work been done recently, got kids?

No work has been done, how would I find the clog? And yes I have kids.

Sometimes a washer from a valve breaks free and gets stuck in the water piping. Without being there I can give you something to try to clear your pipes. Shut the water off where the water enters the house or at the meter pit, if you have one. Disconnecting the meter, regulator or backflow device may be the easiest way to go if they are AFTER the shut off valve. What were looking for is the lowest water piping connection in the house so that the water can be drained.
Open a faucet's cold side at the highest point in the house and let the water begin to drain. Walk around the house, from highest to lowest parts, and open all of your cold side valves including hose connections.
Once all of the water is drained, close the valves that were opened with the exception of a hose valve or laundry tub valve.
At this point, we plumbers remove the aerators to the faucets so that they don't get clogged when the water comes back on.
Make sure anything that was disconnected is now reconnected on the water pipes.
Turn on water to the house and flush it through the hose valve or laundry tub valve until the air is all purged. Now open all other faucets to remove air and reinstall aerators.
The goal is to back-wash the pipes to remove any debris, but no guarantee of success. You will know when you turn the water back on if there is a difference.
If this trick fails, you mau need to call a plumber to look at the piping layout and do diagnostics.
