    It is legal if you got married, there is nothing you have to do,

    As long as your marriage was legally binding in the country where it was performed, and you have documentation to prove it, you should be fine.

    I don't know and it's just a guess but was this some sort of marriage package at a resort which isn't actually legal where it was performed? (I do know some resorts will perform such ceremonies.)

    Or not?
