    Why does my cell screen say "emergency use" and can I fix it It is a Motorola W375
    I bought my phone from eBay and it says "emergency use" when I open the phone. I can set it up but cannot make calls or receive any.

    Do you have a paid plan and service provider, normally you see "emergency use" when there is no plan or no paid service and the phone can only be used for 911 calls
