What can the reason... I can't get hot water in my upstairs master bathroom shower?
We can get hot water everywhere else in the house and even in from the sinks in the master bathroom, but not from the shower.

The shower mixing valve has 2 inlets, one hot and one cold. Your hot inlet is likely clogged. If you can tell us brand and model we can help you unclog it. You will need to be able to close the supply lines at the valve or at the main.

No, not the shower head, the actually valve on the wall with the knobs or controls. If you post a picture some of the folks here can identify by looks.

Okay... bear with me I'm a female. You do mean the knobs where you turn on the water to the shower right? I don't see any name on it, but when I had the house built they put in everything American Standard. So would that probably it?
