Im on weekend tag, not a problem,, problem is ;;;;;;sorry forr my spellin] last friday ppl from tag com to put new box in , [only weekend tag] since fri iv heard high pitch sound, constant, i called them nex mornin, they said sum 1 wud be round my plce,sat, sun, mon was same, called to night crying coz its driving me mad, im registrd dissable, got registre mental healyt issu, i told them this. They don't seem to care, also tag box is put on top of wardrobe,iv to stand on a stool to use it,, disabled,, stool,? maryjayne, please help me,

Its only weekend caus a small offence, I broke a fite up, 2 lady on to my dawta, who is 23, it went to crown, I could not stand trial because I had a minni stroke, took half my memory away, TAG IS BLACK PLASTIC THING AROUND UR ANKEL WE ALSO HAVE A PHONE TO GO WITH THIS TAG, ELECTROIC TAGGING, IS THIS OK 4 YOU EXCON?

What is your question?

If the Crown ordered that you wear the bracelet my opinion is that it's "legal" - if that's the question.

Please keep your posts on the same thread, too. That way other people can follow the conversation... But, I don't know how much conversation we're going to have, because I don't think there's too much you can do. The people you're dealing with have NO sympathy for you, and AREN'T predisposed to help you.

If you only have it for the weekend, make sure the next one you get doesn't DO what the other one did, and ASK the person to set it up on another table, if they used the wrong one last time. Yes, it's BOTHERSOME, what that thing does, but it's not illegal.

Judykaytee, yes your rite, I'm OK with this, on Friday nit, people come to put new box in my house, other box broke down, when tag people leaft I heard highh pitch tone, I called them , sat, sun, mon, each time they said [ tag people G4s] sum 1 will be around to fix it, I'm am in tears, I can't sleep with it making this hihg pitch sound, feel like taking plug out.. at my wits end, please please help me, judkaytee, maryjayne xx

If I follow you, something went wrong with your monitoring device and it was replaced. Now the replacement is making a high pitched noise that is making your life miserable. Getting that was not easy with your using text shorthand and disjointed writing. If you want help with something don't you think it makes sense to try and make your questions understandable?

You don't need a solicitor so your choice of a title was not appropriate, you need to contact your probation officer and beg them to get someone to fix or replace the unit. That's the ONLY thing you can do.

Sorry, but there is really nothing else you can do. People are generally tagged because they violated the law and the companies that manage the tags are not going to get excited about the inconvenience of a lawbreaker. Sorry but that's the facts of life.

As far as you being new to reading and writing, all the more reason to be careful when posting something.

No I don't mind the tag, it's the box that comes with it, its broken again, high pitch tone 24 , 7, they say there coming out, they don't turn up, thanks any way, sorry I am not good like you people at the internet, been colage , starated to learn, read and rite, bye

Sleep in another room - or, if it's defective, unplug it and face the consequences. When the Police arrive, PROVE it's defective.
