    Need legal assistance to develop a ad posting classified website
    Hi everybody! I am planning to develop a ad posting classified website,please let me know the legalities involved in it.Do I have to register the website as a company?PLease advise.

    In the US, you are allowed to work as an individual, and you don't need to set anything up beforehand.
